About Nicholas Buscemi
Nicholas Buscemi, a lineage student of Master Zhongxian Wu, has devoted his life to the study of Classical Chinese Medicine including acupuncture, herbology, Qi healing, Chinese astrology, calligraphy, Tai Ji, Qi Gong and Xin Yi.
His daily practices include several forms of qi gong, taiji—including staff sword and fan forms, meditation, and chanting.
Nicholas has studied acupuncture and herbology with recognized masters, throughout the world, mainly in China. He has earned a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine from the National College of Natural Medicine.
About Lina Castilla
Lina Maria Castilla is a graduate from the Masters in Acupuncture Program at Tai Sophia Institute in Maryland.
While completing her degree, and for the last six years, she has worked as a Registered Nurse in the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit at a well-established teaching hospital in Baltimore. Prior to becoming a Registered Nurse, Lina completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Minnesota.
Lina's growing interest in health and the human body has led her to explore an eastern philosophy in medicine. Her knowledge of both western and eastern medicine creates a bridge for all paths to healing. Her deepest passion is to learn and to bring others together to share in both western and eastern backgrounds, in order for people of all philosophies to bridge together and create better health and well-being.
About Lisa Beach
Lisa Beach graduated from the Tai Sophia Institute for the Healing Arts with a Master of Acupuncture degree.
She is licensed in acupuncture by the state of Maryland and is also a certified detoxification specialist through the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA). Her clinical experience has been focused on chronic pain conditions and women's health concerns. Lisa believes that compassionate patient-centered care is crucial to helping patients on their journey towards radiant health.
