Bi-Monthly Session: $35 per class
Drop-In Card: $45 per class
Student may purchase a pro-rated full-session card for $35 per class as long as there are four or more classes left in the session.
As your look at our Pilates class schedule, you’ll notice that classes are available for a variety of skill levels. Ojas suggests taking classes that complement your level of Pilates mastery.
Beginner
Beginner classes are designed for students who would like to learn the basic equipment exercises. These exercises will increase total body strength, tone and flatten your abdominal region, improve flexibility, and help with posture and alignment.
Advanced Beginner
Advanced Beginner classes are for students who have completed a minimum of 10 equipment classes at Ojas.
Intermediate
Intermediate classes are for students who have completed a minimum of 20 equipment classes at Ojas or the equivalent at another studio.
