As your look at our Pilates class schedule, you’ll notice that classes are available for a variety of skill levels. Ojas suggests taking classes that complement your level of Pilates mastery.
Beginner classes focus on the fundamentals of Pilates, with an emphasis on breath, alignment, control, and form.
For students who have completed a minimum of 10 classes at Ojas, this class stresses the fundamentals of Pilates while also introducing more challenging exercises.
Intermediate classes are designed for students who have taken a minimum of 20 classes.
