Equipment Pilates Class Policies

Equipment Pilates classes are available at our Hunt Valley and Mount Washington locations only.

1. FULL-SESSION CLASS CARD: A student who has completed the introductory private class or has prior equipment Pilates experience may purchase an full-session class card to be utilized within the expiration dates of the session. Equipment Pilates Classes are offered in bi-monthly sessions. The rate for a full-session class card is $35 per class (WellPass VIP’s receive 10% off total purchase price). Once a class card is purchased, the student is registered for a specific class day and time and the student commits to attending all classes within the session. Fees for classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. PRORATED FULL-SESSION CLASS CARD: If the student wants to register for the entire session but is entering the session after the first week, the student may purchase a pro-rated full-session card for $35 per class, as long as there are four or more classes left in the session.

3. DROP-IN CARD: Student may buy a “drop-in” class card if he/she would like to attend fewer classes than the entire session. The drop-in card is $45 per class (WellPass VIP’s receive 10% off purchase price). This card will expire at the end of the current session and can be purchased for up to 7 classes.

4. DROP-IN CLASS RESCHEDULES: Students with a drop-in card are able to reschedule their class with 24 hours or more notice. They may only reschedule if there is availability in another class, but this is not guaranteed.

5. ABSENCES: All students may receive up to three absences for the year (starting at point of original purchase) due to illness or emergency. For students with a full-session class card, the missed class will be carried over to the next session. For students with a drop-in card, the missed class can be rescheduled during the current session or carried over to the next. Other than emergency absences, there are no classes that will carry over to the next session.

6. INCLEMENT WEATHER: If Ojas closes due to inclement weather on the day of your class, we will provide a make-up date for that class or allow that class to be carried over to the next session.

Snow Policy:

All cancellations due to inclement weather will be announced on our classes schedules page a minimum of one hour before class is scheduled.

Check-in:

We ask that all students check in at the reception desk to swipe their key tag prior to entering the studio for class.
