Appointments:
Massage appointments can be made by telephone, in person, or online using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
Guest Cancellations:
Our premium massage services are in high demand. For this reason we request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no shows will be charged a 100% of the fee. Gift cards will be reduced by the value of the service, and clients with a WellPass™ will be charged one unit of that program.
Late Arrivals:
In order to best serve all our clients, we regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of their scheduled service times. Clients arriving late will still be responsible for their full service fee.
