Appointments:
Massage appointments can be made by telephone, in person, or online using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
Guest Cancellations:
Our premium massage services are in high demand. For this reason we request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged the full fee for service. Gift certificates will be reduced to half their value.
Late Arrivals:
In order to best serve all our clients, we regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of their scheduled service times. Clients arriving late will still be responsible for their full service fee.
