Celebrate your Yoga Kids Birthday the Ojas way! Kids meet on mats for a stretchy good time when they celebrate a birthday or any special day at Ojas. A safe place for silly fun and lots of laughter. No yoga experience is necessary for these parties...our teachers guide the kids through a series of poses named after animals and familiar everyday items. Yoga games and a take-home gift make this day a treasured memory for all. Cake and ice cream are on your own, but let us take care of the entertainment in a healthy, happy way!

Team Training Classes
Have a team? Looking to cross train? Explore the possibilities of yoga and Pilates for athletes. Enhance performance, improve strength and flexibility, and improve balance. Cross training is necessary for athletes who do the same sport or exercise routine year-round. Adding new exercises can help reduce injury, relieve training boredom, add variety and help recover from hard aerobic or strength workouts. This class can be customized to be done at a high or low intensity and there are hundreds of postures/exercises that can provide a workout for any athletic need.
